Select from the many effective programs provided by ThinkIT where Keirseyan Temperament Theory, Type Theory, Type Dynamics and the Myers-Brigg's Type Indicator™ are used to interpret and understand personality styles in one-on-one or group settings. Personality styles affect communication, leadership styles. decision-making and problem-solving processes, team interactions and learning. Workshops can be custom designed to meet your needs.

Programs — designed to improve work relationships and communication needs through individual or group self-awareness — include: 

  • Interpersonal Communications - Participants increase their awareness of communication challenges that occur between people of different types and temperaments.
  • Leadership - Executives, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders identify the communication perspectives of successful leaders and develop strategies to acquire and apply the skills, functions and attitudes of effective leadership.
  • Teams - Team members acquire and apply the insights about the diversity of the group to improve and enhance the clarity of their communication.
  • On-going Coaching - for individuals, groups and teams.

Participants con expect to:

  • Identify the core needs, personal values and behaviors of the four temperaments as they relate to job performance and feedback needs
  • Recognize how "mental models" (filters) influence their ability to communicate effectively and impact opportunities to understand one another
  • Develop strategies to acquire and apply the skills, functions and attitudes needed for successful communication on-the-job
  • Identify their personality temperament and type through individual or group feedback sessions following administration and scoring of the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator™
