MICHELE RICHARDS
Michele Richards is a corporate training and
employee communications consultant, specializing in personal effectiveness skills
training, quality service and the development of employee communications strategies.
Michele is co-authoring with Rick Tate the soon to be published Customer Centered
Communications, a practical business resource for strategically improving employee
performance through communication.
With the ability to tailor her style to meet the needs of
the participant, Michele is comfortable delivering training workshops and other
interventions to small problem-solving teams, large seminar groups
and everything in
between.

organizations, particularly in high-tech manufacturing, including: AST Computer, Baxter
Healthcare Corporation, Linfinity Microelectronics, Motorola Semi-conductor, Rembrandt,
Rockwell Semiconductor, Toshiba America Information Systems and the International Customer
Service Association Southern California Chapter.
After completing her degree in Journalism Communications
and Business from the University of Georgia, Michele spent 11 years in the advertising
industry as a Sr. Account Executive and Copywriter. In 1992, Michele was invited to join
the corporate staff at AST Computer, one of her long-term clients, to manage the Training
and Development Department and launch the companys first ever Employee
Communications function. Since becoming an independent consultant and trainer, Michele has
built a reputation for quickly assessing customer needs and developing strategies to
effectively and affordably meet those needs.
