Linda Ernst
Linda Ernst is a dynamic trainer, consultant
and speaker who stimulates participation and active group involvement. Since 1983, she has
conducted hundreds of custom designed in-house workshops for a wide range of industrial
and organizational clients.
A skilled professional development trainers, Linda
facilitates workshops in such varied topics such as management development, performance
appraisal, interpersonal and business communication skills, assertiveness training, stress
management, and time management. Linda conducts a variety of train-the-trainer workshops
and is as comfortable in public workshop sessions as with in-company presentations.
Linda has extensive preparation in adult learning theory,
workshop presentation methods and instructional design. As an instructional design
consultant, she has helped organizations develop courses in topics that include quality
improvement, communication skills for managers, consulting skills for trainers, and using
type dynamics to facilitate teams.
She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type
IndicatorŠ in both individual and group settings. She has extensive designing and
facilitating workshops using the MBTIŠ for personal development, management
development, and for trainers. Linda is co-author of TEMPERMENT AND TYPE DYNAMICS The
Facilitators Guide.
