JOSH STROUP
Josh Stroup has been helping organizations and individuals
improve their performance in a wide variety of settings and work roles for the last 20
years. Josh works extensively with customer service and service management issues,
management/supervisory development, plus teamwork and team leadership.
Josh brings practical experience to bear in all his
consulting and training. He was part owner and President of a Harrisburg PA based catalog
firm that specialized in marketing off-the- shelf training materials to human resource
professionals and consultants throughout the US. In that role, he was responsible for
company direction from its inception, fiscal management, catalog design/production,
product selection, marketing and personnel. He also authored training products still on
the market today.
Prior to that, Josh worked in various capacities for a
training publisher and custom course design firm guiding publishing operations,
developing course materials, and managing multi-faceted projects for clients. His
consulting and training approach is focused, practical, and designed to apply directly to
the clients work setting. Plus, Josh shows a gift for relating to people at all
levels of client organizations.

Professionally, Josh has served as President of the Central
PA Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development, as well as instructing
in the Chapters Train-the-Trainer program for many years. He holds a BA from the
College of Wooster (Ohio) and advanced degrees from the University of Illinois (Chicago
campus) and McCormick Theological Seminary (Chicago). He is a certified Frontline
Service and Service Leadership trainer.
