GLENN A. BROME
|
Glenn Brome has over 20 years experience as a facilitator,
trainer, speaker and coach. He has worked in both Human Resources and Retail Management
with various organizations including The Walt Disney Company and SEARS, Roebuck &
Company. Glenn worked with Walt Disney World Company as part of the Presidents Staff
for a global executive leadership program. He coached Leaders by providing actionable
feedback, facilitated team development, and conducted workshops to guide teams to become
self-sufficient and live up to Corporate standards of Excellence. Glenn worked with the
entire management staff of the Disney Reservation Center and facilitated the goals session
when the management team planned the Call Center Targets and budgets.
Glenn is experienced in accelerating cultural change within
both union and non-union work settings. His areas of expertise include service quality
improvement, leadership coaching, facilitation, team development, leadership workshops, performance
improvement, organizational development, diversity management, and DiSC Behavioral Styles
and assessments. Glenn develops training proposals, programs, assesses training needs,
develops goals and facilitates management involvement in training programs.
His clients include Walt Disney World, Bell Atlantic, Jack
Morton Productions, Tribune Company, Florida Cities Water Company and Poinciana Utilities,
Appleton Papers, Sheetz Incorporated, Eurest Dining Services, Sea World of Florida, Pick
Kwik Food Stores and Sarasota County Government. Glenn has also provided training for
several non-profit organizations such as churches, schools and Junior Achievement.
As a graduate Cum Laude of the City College of New York,
Glenn received his degree in Communications and Education. He has the designation of
Master Trainer for Managing Diversity Facilitation. He has successfully trained groups of
facilitators to deliver full day diversity
management training sessions for leaders. He is also a certified Frontline Service and
Service Leadership trainer.
