Art has over
ten years of successful line and divisional management
experience in both sales and operations. He has managed small
workgroups and teams of over 100 people, profit centers,
distribution centers, and sales groups. He has faced many of
the same challenges the leaders and people of your
organization face today. This unique perspective gives him a
practical point of view on what organizations go through day
to day, and the impact of these events on the organization,
its people, and its customers.
During these
ten years he has won various awards and been recognized for
his leadership effectiveness. He has earned the reputation of
being a thought and change provoking leader, a teacher of
people, and a steward of loyalty creating service and
organizational designs.
In addition to
his "real world" experience as an effective leader,
Art has six years in Management Training and Development as
well as four years experience in Organizational Development
consulting. During this time, Art has excelled at designing
and implementing creative and effective approaches to
improving performance in leadership, management, service
quality and more. Among his many accomplishments during this
time:

gathering process for giving managers 360° feedback.
- Managed over 100
organizational assessment processes.

programs to facilitate effective cultural change.
- Designed and facilitated

Management Development, Building Effective Team Dynamics,
Coaching for Impact, and New Employee Orientation.
Art is a Senior

telecommunications, food and beverage, manufacturing,
