Alfredo Perez Ibarra is an experienced management consultant and business executive. He has comprehensive expertise in executive, management, and team development and in computer systems implementations, quality service, sales excellence and organizational change.

Alfredo is also a highly experienced Human Resources professional. He has developed a great proficiency in linking Human Resources systems to strategic business goals.

Over the last 11 years, Alfredo has played a key consulting role with such major multinational organizations as Lufthansa, Fuji Film, Alcatel Indetel, Michelin, DHL, Aetna Insurance and Citibank, and also with hundreds of private and public companies in Mexico such as the Ministry of Social Development, National Lottery, Mexico City Government, State of Oaxaca Government, National Commission of Water, Mexico National Bank, Ministry of Communications and Transportation, etc.

Alfredo initially entered the field of Training and Development through researching, writing and producing instructional materials. Today, his focus is in program design, organizational development and he is also an instructor. In each of these roles, he demonstrates an exceptional ability for achieving successful results.

Alfredo´s academic credentials include a Masters Degree in Economy from Anahuac University; a B.A. with High Distinction in Accounting from Monterrey Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Computer Systems also from Monterrey Institute of Technology. He also graduated from a Bilingual High School in Mexico City.
